Possible Cause

1

Battery insulation fault: the insulation of the battery is too low

Suggestion
1.Upgrade the firmware versions of both the battery and the inverter to the latest.

2.Disconnect the power cables between the battery and the inverter, while keeping the communication cables connected. If the inverter stops reporting the insulation fault, measure the resistance between the BMS positive and negative terminals and the casing. If the resistance is 0 Ω, please provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis. For T58 master control, measure the voltage between the positive terminal and the casing, and the negative terminal and the casing. If either voltage exceeds 0V, please provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.

3.For insulation fault troubleshooting on slave batteries: Use the master to connect to each slave battery and identify the faulty one. If all slave batteries report insulation faults, measure the voltage between the positive terminal and the casing, and the negative terminal and the casing. Than, please provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.
