1.For T58 batteries paired with the BMS parallel box G2, check if the master-slave communication wires are crossed.2.If paired with the BMS Parallel Box G1,provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The photo of the BMS Parallel box.
