Suggestion
1.After stopping charging or discharging, let the battery rest for 30 minutes. Then, use the T-BAT-Charger to check the detailed cell voltage information of each battery.
2.If any battery has excessively low cell voltage, use the inverter's forced charging mode or the T-BAT-Charger to recharge the battery.
3.If any battery has excessively high cell voltage, send the complete troubleshooting information, including videos or images, to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter and battery.
2)If the T-BAT-Charger is unavailable, disregard this requirement.
