1.If the error persists, upgrade the inverter firmware to the latest version.2.If the error continues for a period and the battery stops working, Record a video of this phenomenon and send it to the SolaX technical support team.
3.If other battery errors occur, such as circuit fault or current sensor fault, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
