Suggestion
1.Use forced charging mode to recharge the battery. If forced charging is not possible, use the T-BAT-Charger to charge the battery individually.
2.If the battery cannot be awakened with charging, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
