Suggestion
1.Check the communication cable and communication ports between the inverter and the battery for any damage.
2.Replace the communication cable and restart both the battery and inverter.
3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The front photo of all communication ports on the battery, without any communication cables connected, showing whether the ports are damaged internally.
3)The photo of the BMS port on the inverter.
