Suggestion
1.Upgrade the firmware to latest version.
2.Observe the external fan; if it keeps running, remove the fan and replug it.
3.If the fan does not run at all, remove the fan and clean it with a brush.
4.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)A video of the fan's working status while the inverter is running. If there are any unusual noises, please record the sound as well.
