ARM parallel fault: In a parallel system, the ARM of the slave device hasn’t received the signal from the Master ARM for a long time. |
Suggestion
1.Ensure the baud rate settings are consistent, preferably using the default baud rate.
2.If the master is not connected to the Datahub, do not select Datahub in the Modbus or Internal 485 settings of the master.
3.Confirm that all firmware versions are consistent, or upgrade them uniformly to the latest version.
4.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)Baud rate settings.
3)Modbus or Internal 485 settings.
