Suggestion
1.Disconnect the PV switch, turn off the battery, restart the inverter, and upgrade the firmware to the latest version.
2.Disable ArcCheck function.
3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
