1.Try the grid-to-off-grid switching multiple times. If errors occur occasionally, update the inverter firmware to the latest version.

2.If errors persist during multiple grid-to-off-grid switches, perform the following tests: In grid-tied mode, disconnect all wiring from the EPS port. Measure the voltage at the inverter's EPS port. If there is voltage, enable the external ATS function, then measure the voltage again. If the voltage is not 0, provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis. If the voltage is 0, continue testing. In off-grid mode, measure the inverter's grid port voltage, and provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.
