Meter Communication fault: No communication established between the ARM and the meter.

 

Suggestion

1.Check the inverter settings. If the meter is not connected, do not select the meter in the settings.

2.Verify that the communication cable between the inverter and the meter is correctly connected.

3.Check the settings on both the meter and inverter, including baud rate, address, and communication protocol.

4.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The sampling devices actually used in the system.
3)The connection status of the communication cable from the meter to the inverter. The wiring at the ports should be clearly displayed.
4)Baud rate and address settings on inverter and Meter.
