BMS communication loss fault: The communication between the ARM and the BMS has not been established.

 

Suggestion

1.Check if the communication cable between the BMS and inverter is connected correctly and tightly.

2. Upgrade the firmware to the latest version.

3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The front photo of the BMS port and BMS communication port located at the bottom of the inverter. If there are any abnormalities or damage, please take a photo.
3)The terminals on both ends of the communication cable between the inverter and the BMS. If there is any damage, please take a photo.
