1.The fault can be eliminated by battery charging when the system is on-grid or has sufficient PV power.

2.In off-grid mode, disconnect the EPS load and observe if the fault disappears. If the fault disappears, wait for sufficient PV power or grid connection to charge the battery, and the fault will clear. If the fault remains, upgrade the firmware to the latest version. In on-grid mode, upgrade the firmware and restart the inverter.

3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The error messages displayed on the inverter screen after disconnecting all loads.
