Suggestion
1.Connect the power cables from the inverter to the battery master, but do not connect the other end of the cables to the inverter. Then, use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the cable terminals. If the measurement result is negative, the terminal assembly is incorrect, causing the inverter to detect a reverse battery connection.
2.If the measurement result is positive, update the inverter firmware to the latest version and restart the inverter.
3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The power cables connecting the inverter to the battery, with emphasis on the terminals connected to the inverter.
