AC 10mins Voltage Fault: The grid voltage exceeds the allowed range by the safety code |
Suggestion
1. Check if there was an unusually high voltage at the AC port during the last 10 minutes when the error occurred. If so, After consulting with the local power company, increase the value set in the safety code for Vac 10M Avg (V) by 5 to 10V. If not, update the firmware to the latest version.
2. Disconnect all loads and measure the AC port voltage using a multimeter. If the voltage is normal, sequentially turn on all loads to identify the one causing the voltage increase. If the voltage is abnormal, contact the power company to investigate the cause of the grid voltage issue.
3. If errors occur whenever the load is too high, use the P(U) function to adjust the inverter output power to resolve the issue.
4. If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)Safety code settings.
3)Grid Voltage Information: The voltage value displayed under the "On Grid" section in the "System Status" option on the inverter screen.
4)Grid Voltage Information: The grid voltage measurement result using a multimeter.
5)Grid Voltage Information: Disconnect all loads, then observe the voltage changes at the inverter's AC port as the loads are switched on one by one.
6)P(u) function settings.
