1.Measure the total battery voltage to ensure it is within the inverter's operating range.
2.If the total battery voltage is normal, update the firmware of both the inverter and the battery to the latest version, then restart the battery.
3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
