Possible Cause

Cause ID

Possible Cause

1

BUS voltage fault: BUS overvoltage or the difference between the positive and negative BUS voltage exceeds.

Suggestion

1.Check the frequency of the fault. It is normal if the frequency of the fault is less than once every three days. If the frequency is higher, update the inverter firmware to the latest version.

2.Check if the PV panel voltage exceeds the MPPT range. If the voltage is too high, it is recommended to reduce the number of PV panels appropriately.

3.If the error occurs only in off-grid mode, disconnect the EPS port wiring. If the error disappears, turn on the loads one by one to identify the problematic load. Common causes include half-wave loads and inductive loads.

4. If the error persists after disconnecting the EPS port wiring, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2) Measurement results of the PV voltage.
