Suggestion
1.If the error persists in on-grid mode, try updating the inverter firmware and restarting. If the error continues, provide the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.
2.If the error occurs in off-grid mode, disconnect all loads and check if the error persists. If the error disappears, turn on the loads one by one to identify the problematic load. If the error persists even after disconnecting all loads, provide the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.
