Suggestion
1. Check if the communication cables between the inverter and Datahub are properly connected.
2. Verify the baud rate settings for the communication ports on both the Datahub and the inverter.
3. If Datahub is not connected, do not select Datahub in the Modbus settings.
4. Upgrade to the latest firmware.
5. If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The status of the communication ports connecting the inverter and the Datahub.
3)Baud rate settings.
4)Modbus settings.
