Suggestion
1.Check if the battery type in the inverter settings is incorrectly set to lead-acid batteries.
2.Check if the external NTC of the lead-acid battery is properly connected.
3.Check if the wiring of the NTC communication interface conforms to the requirements in the manual.
4.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2) Battery type settings.
2)A photo of the NTC communication port, clearly showing the wiring details.
