Suggestion

1. Check if the communication cables between the inverters are correctly connected.

2.Ensure all inverters are updated to the same firmware version.

3.Restart all inverters and reapply the parallel settings.

4. If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The condition of the communication ports
communication cable ports between inverters. If damaged, please take a clear photo.
3)The connection status of the communication cable
communication cable connections between inverters, clearly displaying the specific ports connected.
4) Parallel settings.
