1.Turn off the circuit breaker on the battery. If the error persists, update both the inverter and battery to the latest firmware.Restart the inverter and battery.
2.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter and battery.
2)The status of the battery switch.
