1.Disconnect the power cable between the inverter and the battery. Perform a black start on the battery and check if the status light is normal. Remove any battery with an abnormal status light from the system.

2.Inspect all battery connections to ensure no port damage or reversed polarity. Update the firmware to the latest version.

3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)A video of the battery status lights showing abnormal behavior.
3)If the battery has any damaged ports, please take a photo.
