Suggestion
.Inspect the communication cables between the battery and inverter, as well as between batteries, ensuring the connections are correct and the ports are not damaged.
.Update the firmware of both the inverter and all batteries to the latest version.
.Measure the voltage of each individual battery. If a battery voltage is too low, perform a force charge via the inverter or manually charge using the T-BAT-Charger. If charging fails or the T-BAT-Charger is unavailable, provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.
.Measure the total battery voltage and check if the actual measurement is close to the theoretical operating voltage. If the difference is too large, provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.
.If there is an insulation fault along with the issue, measure the voltage between the battery’s positive and negative terminals and ground. If the voltage exceeds 0V, provide the photo of the measurement results and the inverter's SN number to the SolaX technical support team for further analysis.
