Suggestion
1.Update both the inverter and battery firmware to the latest version, then restart the inverter and battery.
2.If the issue remains, disconnect all slave batteries and connect each battery to the inverter one at a time with the master battery to identify the faulty battery and remove it from the system.
3.If all batteries trigger an error, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)The error messages displayed on the inverter screen when each battery is connected individually.(Tips:Please ensure that the battery voltage connected to the inverter meets the minimum startup voltage requirement of the inverter.)
