Suggestion
1.Check the minimum charging current setting on the inverter, it should not be 0A.
2.Use forced charging mode to charge the battery. If charging is successful, upgrade the inverter firmware to the latest version once the battery is fully charged.
3.If forced charging is not possible, ensure the ambient temperature meets the battery's charging conditions.
4.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.
