1. Upgrade all batteries to the latest firmware. If the error persists, connect each battery to the system individually to identify the faulty battery.
2. If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2)SN number of the faulty battery.
