The PV string is connected in reverse polarity.

 

Suggestion

 

1.Check whether the PV string is connected to the inverter in reverse polarity. If yes, wait until the PV string current decreases to below 0.01 A, set DC SWITCH to OFF, and adjust the PV string polarity.

2.If the fault persists, you can turn off the AC and DC switches, wait for 5 minutes, and then turn on the AC and DC switches.

3. If the problem remains, please contact the SolaX technical support team.
