Grid Voltage fault: The grid voltage exceeds the permissible limits set by the safety code.

 

Suggestion

1.Check if the safety code settings are correct and measure the grid voltage to ensure it is within the normal range.

2.Update the firmware to the latest version.

3.If the issue remains, provide the completed troubleshooting results to SolaX technical support team through video or images.Including but not limited to:
1) SN number of the inverter.
2) Measurement result of the grid voltage.
