Confirmation of basic information

Guidance for installer

Step1: Use a multimeter to make sure the grid voltage is normal

Phase voltage on the grid side	grid line voltage(line voltage＝√3×Phase voltage)

Ensure grid voltage is normal

Step2: Setting the inverter safety matching to local grid

Remote setting→Advance setting→Safety

Step3: If none of the above solutions can solve the problem,adjust up grid protection voltage value by 5V

Remote setting→Advance setting→Grid Voltage Parameters→OverVoltage_L1(V)
